Cancellation Policy

overview

This Cancellation Policy explains when an order on TRACER, operated by New Company 1 Ltd, can be cancelled. Amounts are handled in US Dollars (USD). Because skins are delivered through Steam's trading system, the window for cancelling is short once delivery begins.

before checkout

Items in your cart are not purchased until you confirm checkout. You can add or remove items, or empty your cart, at any time before that with no cost or penalty.

3.

after checkout, before the trade is sent

If you place an order but the Steam trade offer has not yet been sent, you may request cancellation by contacting support@tracer.auction with your order reference. If we can stop delivery, the full amount is credited back to your wallet.

4.

after the trade is sent or accepted

Once a trade offer has been sent and accepted, the skin has been delivered and the order cannot be cancelled. Digital items that have transferred to your Steam inventory are final, except where the item was not as described or the wrong item was delivered — those are handled under our Refund Policy.

5.

automatic cancellation

An order is cancelled automatically and refunded to your wallet if: payment cannot be authorised; the item leaves the seller's inventory before delivery; a Steam trade hold or technical fault prevents delivery within the expected window; or fraud checks are triggered. You are notified on your order page.

6.

coaching bookings

Academy coaching sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up until the session is delivered, subject to your coach's availability. Cancelled sessions that have not been delivered are credited back to your wallet.
