Terms of Service

By accessing or using the TRACER platform ("Service"), operated by New Company 1 Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use TRACER. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

TRACER uses Steam OpenID for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account. We do not store your Steam credentials. Your TRACER account is linked to your Steam ID and cannot be transferred.

All skin purchases are facilitated through our partner marketplace network. Prices are displayed in USD. TRACER acts as a facilitator — we do not own the items listed. Trade delivery is subject to Steam trade hold policies. If a trade fails, we automatically refund the purchase amount to your TRACER wallet.

The TRACER wallet holds a prepaid balance in credits. Credits purchased by card top-up are used to buy items on the platform and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Separately, when you sell your own items through the platform (see "Selling your items & seller payouts"), the proceeds are added to your wallet as a withdrawable balance that you may pay out to yourself, subject to identity verification (KYC). Deposits are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider (Visa/Mastercard). Refunds for failed purchase transactions are credited back to your wallet.

Registered users may list their own in-game items for sale through the platform, which acts solely as an intermediary between seller and buyer. When your listed item sells, you receive the sale price less a platform commission of 10%, credited to your wallet as a withdrawable balance. To withdraw funds you must complete identity verification (KYC): your full legal name, a valid government-issued identity document (e.g. passport), your residential address, and your payout details (bank card or bank account). Withdrawal requests are reviewed and must be approved before any payout is released. We may request additional documents and may refuse, suspend or reverse a payout where verification is incomplete or where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Payouts are made only to the verified account holder.

You may not: use the Service for money laundering or fraud; attempt to manipulate prices; create multiple accounts; use automated bots to interact with the Service; or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

All TRACER branding, design, and code are owned by New Company 1 Ltd. Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) is a trademark of Valve Corporation. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. TRACER is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRACER's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to TRACER in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
