1.

who these terms are for

These Seller Terms apply when you list your own CS2 items for sale on TRACER, operated by TRAFFIXORA OÜ (registry code 17543319), Maakri tn 19/1, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia. They add to our Terms of Service, which still apply to you as a user; section 6 of the Terms of Service summarises the seller rules and points here. If the two ever differ on a selling matter, these Seller Terms apply.

You accept these Seller Terms by ticking "I accept the Seller Terms" on the seller registration form. We record the version you accepted (2026-09-28) and the date and time you accepted it.

2.

who can sell

You must be at least 18, have a TRACER account with a linked Steam account and trade URL, and sell only items you own in your own Steam inventory. You may sell as an individual or on behalf of a business you are authorised to bind.

We do not accept sellers located in, or ordinarily resident in, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba, or anyone named on an EU, UN or US sanctions list. We do not pay out to a bank account in those countries.

3.

seller registration: identity and bank verification

Before your first payout you register as a seller: your full legal name, a clear photo of a valid passport or government ID card, your residential address, and your bank details (account holder, IBAN, BIC and bank country). The IBAN is checked when you submit it, and the account must be held in your own name.

Your identity document is stored privately and can be opened only by our authorised review staff; it is never published at a public address. Our staff review every registration by hand and approve or reject it. We may ask for further documents, and we may refuse a registration we cannot verify.

4.

listing an item

You choose an item from your Steam inventory and set its price in US dollars. When you create the listing we send a Steam trade offer that moves the item into our custody account. You must accept that trade offer within 48 hours; if the item has not arrived by then, the listing is cancelled and nothing is charged.

Once the item is in custody the listing goes live in the catalogue. It stays in custody until it sells. To withdraw an unsold item, write to support@tracer.auction: we cancel the listing and return the item to your Steam account by trade.

Your item is sold on TRACER only. The rest of the catalogue is supplied by TM Market (market.csgo.com), a separate marketplace; your listing is not placed there and TM Market receives none of your data. Our custody account is held on DMarket (dmarket.com), which receives your Steam ID and trade URL to send you the deposit trade offer.

5.

fees

When your item sells, we keep a platform fee of 10% of the sale price and credit the remaining 90% to your TRACER wallet. The listing page shows the fee and what you will receive before you confirm. There is no fee for listing, and no other seller fee.

6.

when your money is released

Sale proceeds are held for 3 days after the sale, so that a failed or reversed delivery can be dealt with before money leaves the platform. After 3 days the amount becomes withdrawable. Your wallet shows what is withdrawable and what is still on hold.

7.

payouts: bank transfer only

You request a payout from your wallet. Our staff review each request and must approve it before it is released. Payouts are made only by manual bank transfer to the verified IBAN account held in your own name. We do not pay out to cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrency or any other method, and we never pay a third party.

We record the bank transfer reference for every payout you receive. A payout we reject is returned to your wallet balance.

8.

disputes, reversals and chargebacks

If a sale is reversed — for example because the delivery trade fails or is rolled back by Steam, or because the buyer’s payment is charged back or found to be fraudulent — we may cancel the sale credit, deduct it from your balance, or hold a payout while we look into it. If a reversal leaves your balance negative, you agree to repay the difference.

If you disagree with a decision about a sale or a payout, write to support@tracer.auction. Our staff review the case and reply in writing. This does not limit your right to go to court.

9.

prohibited selling

You may not list items you do not own or that were obtained by fraud, use selling to move money for anyone else, manipulate prices, use several accounts, or give us false identity or bank details.

10.

suspension and termination

You may stop selling at any time; unsold items are returned to you on request, and your withdrawable balance can still be paid out under these terms. We may suspend or end your seller access, refuse or reverse a payout, and report to the authorities where verification is incomplete, where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering or a sanctions breach, or where you break these Seller Terms or the Terms of Service.

11.

changes, law and contact

We may update these Seller Terms. We will tell you by email or on the site at least 14 days before a material change takes effect, and the new version date is shown at the top of this page.

These Seller Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia; disputes go to the courts of Estonia (Harju County Court, Harju Maakohus). Questions: support@tracer.auction, or write to TRAFFIXORA OÜ · registry code 17543319 · Maakri tn 19/1, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia.
